1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by WillyStone, LLC (“WillyStone,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including site visits, estimates, design, installation, labor, materials, and any related outdoor construction services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), whether you are a residential homeowner or commercial client (“Client”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not request or use our Services.


2. Services Offered

WillyStone provides outdoor hardscaping and construction solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Custom pool deck design and installation

  • Paver installation for patios, driveways, walkways, and outdoor living areas

  • Natural stone installation and exterior surfaces

  • Professional project evaluation, design guidance, and construction services

All Services are performed by qualified professionals using quality materials in accordance with the Client’s project specifications.


3. Estimates and Project Agreements

Clients must request a free estimate prior to the start of any work. Estimates are based on site evaluation, material selections, and project requirements.

A signed agreement or client approval is required before scheduling work. Estimates may be subject to change if the scope of work is modified after approval.


4. Pricing, Payments, and Scheduling

  • All pricing is determined by project scope, materials, location, and required labor.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the client agreement.

  • Projects are scheduled upon receipt of the required deposit or payment, as agreed.

  • WillyStone is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen events beyond our direct control.


5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate site information and allow access for evaluation.

  • Ensure the work area is free of obstacles and personal belongings prior to project start.

  • Respond to communications from WillyStone in a timely manner to prevent project delays.


6. Warranties and Limitations

WillyStone warrants workmanship for a specified period as outlined in the project agreement. Material warranties, when applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are not controlled by WillyStone.

Except as expressly stated in writing, no other warranties are implied. WillyStone is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, client negligence, or conditions outside of our control.


7. Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WillyStone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the Services.

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WillyStone, its employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of the Services or project outcomes.


8. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms or other communication channels, you consent to receive SMS text messages from WillyStone related to your inquiry, estimates, appointment confirmations, project scheduling, service updates, and customer support communications.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier.
